The Ofr. Paris Cookbook celebrates the joy, ritual, and radical hospitality of the Parisian table. A collaboration with my friends at 0fr. Editions, the book gathers recipes and stories from a community of food-loving friends, capturing how meals bring people together, spark conversation and create connection.
Bringing together 25 special guests – friends, collaborators and heroes – each shares a recipe and reflects in a thoughtful Q&A on their relationship to food, cooking and life around the table.
From a simple bite to an indulgent Sunday lunch, the cookbook invites readers to explore Paris through its flavours, its people and its enduring culture of shared meals, revealing the city in surprising ways – open, diverse, globally connected and alive with possibility, where food becomes a medium for creativity, care and conviviality.
Illustrated with bold watercolours by Giovanna Caliari, the book takes the form of an intimate volume: a book to read, savour and explore, not only to cook from.
